I invite you to walk with me on this healing journey. Here is why: I fell a great distance and broke multiple bones, survived a 40 % fatality rate trauma; I am on a long journey of healing Physically. I made an exciting discovery by learning how deeply the body, mind, emotion, and spirituality must work together for the best healing outcome. As an art therapy coach, I had to share my successful healing experience using Art as an agent.
That is why I created " Healing through Art." I transformed through this journey, and I had to share.
You will find yourself with a resilient mind, hope, and a joyful future at this course's end.
Did I mention? I included influence of ancient Japanese Art because I am Japanese.

If you learn Mastery of Emotion, you are more than halfway ahead of healing. Because that is how much impact your mind, spirit, and emotions allow your body and mind to heal from any trauma or unexpected.
Instead of 'It happened to me." as the victim's mind, "It happened FOR me." finding benefit through the same situation, you are winning.
Mastering emotion involves acknowledging, accepting, navigating, and ultimately leading to emotional regulation and resilience.
Initially, I was in denial, but I had to grasp the facts. Because I valued myself so much that I couldn't stay there. I had to move forward.
Three days after the accident, I finally connected to my emotions as I was painting, receiving fantastic news about my daughter's engagement, and listening to a song my husband sent to me. I cried and got in touch with my unconscious emotions in those days. By navigating emotion, I learned to gain a strong mind and eventually resilience as I found the big picture of my life. You can, too.
The study shows that making Art, even simple activities, activates the brain's reward system. This leads to the release of dopamine, which stimulates creativity and can improve cognitive function and emotional well-being.
Art allows your emotions to reach your brain. Did you know? Unnoticed and unexpressed emotions will lock your potential; use Art to safely express them, process trauma, and reduce stress and anxiety. Once you notice and navigate those emotions, strengthen your mind to resilience.

You don't have to be an artist to benefit from Healing through Art.
Because I understand that the healing process has ups and downs, I wanted this course to be self-paced so you can access it when possible. There are six lessons; I will lead you to practice art projects to help process emotions and the mind. Then, you will be answering questions toward the end. You will self-discover each stage, which builds up your final mindset toward your future.
Additionally, there will be a couple of virtual community meetings and a private social media account where you can share your experiences and ask questions. A like-minded community can support and encourage each other.
